artsmethods@manchester present:
Arts Research and Policy
Wednesday, November 28, 2pm – 4pm
Roscoe Building 3.9
This workshop seeks to bring together researchers in the arts with an interest in policy and policy-making. The workshop has been organised to coincide with the launch of the policy@manchester network which aims to make the University of Manchester a hub for policy research and knowledge exchange across the UK, and internationally. artsmethods@manchester has invited some speakers, with expertise in research and policymaking, to talk about their work and offer suggestions for involvement and venturing into policy-making for those who are interested in exploring and participating in new networks. In particular, the workshop will showcase how researchers in the arts, languages and cultural disciplines can make an important contribution to policy-making and research impact. The session will also offer a chance for interaction and discussion in group with other researchers.
Booking is required and can be done via eprog
