Annual Social History Society conference

The deadline for registering for the annual Social History Society conference is 28 March. Papers have been accepted on a wide range of topics and have been grouped under the following themes: Deviance, Inclusion and Exclusion; Global Markets and Social Orders; Life-cycles and Life-styles; Political Cultures: Policy and Citizenship; Narratives, Emotions and the Self; and Spaces and Places. We are pleased to have Frank Mort, Professor of Cultural Histories at the University of Manchester, as our keynote speaker.
